Our Craftsmanship
Every latte cup is individually hand-thrown on the pottery wheel by ceramic artist Christie Lange before being carefully trimmed and finished by hand. No two cups are ever identical. Small variations in form, glaze and surface celebrate the handmade process and ensure every piece carries its own unique character.
Each cup is stamped with my maker's mark as a signature of authenticity and craftsmanship.
The Making Process
Each cup is slowly dried before its first kiln firing, allowing the clay to develop strength and stability. It is then glazed by hand using my own carefully developed ceramic glazes before returning to the kiln for its final firing. This thoughtful process creates ceramics that are both beautiful and made for everyday use.
